• Acknowledge that loan approval is subject to our credit assessment and eligibility criteria
• Agree to comply with the specific terms and conditions of any loan agreement

Fees and Payments

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of our Services as described in your loan agreement or other service agreements. All payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in your agreement.

Late payments may incur additional fees and penalties as specified in your loan agreement. We reserve the right to use third-party collection services to recover any unpaid amounts.

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Vaultwise or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our prior written consent.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content that you submit to our Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with providing our Services.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vaultwise and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and agreement to be bound by them.
